Tor des Géants
The Tor des Géants, with its 330 km and 24,000 m of positive elevation gain, is an ultra-distance race that crosses an entire region at the foot of four peaks over 4,000 metres: Mont Blanc, Ruitor, Monte Rosa and the Matterhorn.
Unique in its kind, the race takes place in a single stage, at a free pace, within a limited time and in semi self-sufficiency.
The winner is the one who completes the course in the shortest time, with a maximum time limit of 150 hours. Both the start and finish take place in Courmayeur, with around 600 participants.
The last edition was a great success, with a wonderful sporting atmosphere.
The Tor des Géants takes place in September.
